our Vision
The principal aim of the Foundation is to serve as an international institution of excellence in supporting and promoting creativity and creating opportunities for interaction among individuals and groups beyond divisions of nations, ideologies, caste, creed, gender or religion and act as an interpolator and catalyst for intellectual endeavor towards a better world.
The focus will be on research, dissemination and promotion of activities in every field of human creativity.

The Kolkata International Foundation for Arts, Literature, and Culture (KIFALC) is dedicated to establishing a premier cultural center in Kolkata, a city rich in creative heritage yet lacking such a facility. Our mission is to create a vibrant space that includes an art gallery, museum, little magazine library, poetry book library, art and artifacts shop, intimate theater space, seminar hall, amphitheater, auditorium, guest house, and other essential amenities.
KIFALC aims to serve as an international institution of excellence, fostering and promoting young talents, and facilitating interactions across various sections of society. We strive to act as an interpolator and catalyst for intellectual endeavors, contributing towards the creation of a better world.

Kolkata International Foundation for Arts Literature and Culture was formed quite some years back by the creative community of the city with a dream to build up a Culture Centre, which the city still lacks. The centre was to house an art gallery, museum, little magazine library, poetry book library, art and artefacts shop besides intimate theatre space, seminar hall, amphitheatre, auditorium, guest house and many such facilities a centre of this stature would need.
Meanwhile we have set up a temporary space on Raja Basanta Roy Road which houses a gallery, a book corner and a space for various creative activities, seminar, book release, poetry readings, film shows etc. This will function as our culture Centre till such time the permanent one is built on the land allocated for that
